01Flavor

A deeper, softer taste and fragrance

Atomy Cafe Arabica Black is a premium coffee made with 100% Arabica beans. It's made with hyperfine particle pulverizing and ultra freezing pulverizing techniques.

By blending Brazil's freeze-dried coffee and Colombia's fine coffee powder, it delivers a savory and sweet taste. 100% Arabica coffee gives a deeper, softer taste and fragrance.

The only ingredient is coffee. Each serving comes in its own stick, with nitrogen inside to protect the freshness of the coffee.

    Hand-picked

Arabica grows in the foothills where farmland is scarce and machines are hard to use, so it's mostly picked by hand.

    Ultra freezing pulverizing

Liquid nitrogen freezes it at −196 °C (−321 °F) to keep the loss of natural flavor to a minimum. The particles are about 19 µm (3000 mesh), while regular flour is about 70 µm (200 mesh).

    Freeze drying

Frozen coffee crystals are dried. Less coffee flavor and scent are lost than with spray drying.

Fine coffee powder in every stick

13% of the coffee is fine Colombian microground powder for traditional richness and mildness. Nitrogen inside the stick protects the freshness.

100% Arabica coffee is a result of selecting the finest coffee beans. Arabica is grown in cool places between 1,000 and 2,000 m above sea level and is mostly picked by hand. Compared with Robusta, it has a wider variety of tastes and scents and relatively less caffeine.

For freeze-dried coffee, the coffee extract is rapidly frozen, the crystals are pulverized and then dried. This keeps the loss of coffee flavor and scent to a minimum.
